The subject of the order is post-warranty service of Mainframe z16 servers along with two TKE Stations: •Server A - 3931-A01 from the Z3 category, model 709 (the Ordering Party has the option of expanding Server A to the 710 or 711 model under a separate agreement). •Server B - 3931-A01 from the Z3 category, model 702 (the Ordering Party has the option of expanding Server B to the 703 or 704 model under a separate agreement). A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 12 to the SWZ and in the Draft Provisions agreements constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The implementation of the contract involves access to classified information classified as "confidential", pursuant to the Act of August 5, 2010 on the protection of classified information (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1209).
