The subject of the order is post-warranty service of the HDR Flexitron FT brachytherapy device, serial number 00537, manufactured by Nucletron B.V., together with a system that controls and verifies the operation of the device and replaces Ir 192 sources and disposes of used ones. Post-warranty service includes: a. service inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements, b. all repairs, inspections, software and hardware upgrades, maintenance together with spare parts and materials needed to perform them, c. repairs and replacement of parts with new ones, except situations where the damage is caused by improper use of the device, software, d. service response time understood as commencement of corrective actions by the arrival of the service within 48 hours from reporting the failure by fax (applies to: working days), Repairs can be performed remotely if they are made within 12 hours of being notified. 12 replacements of Ir 192 sources for the HDR brachytherapy device, disposal of used ones.
