Post-warranty service of the Da Vinci robotic system The subject of the performance of the public order is the performance of a flat-rate post-warranty service for the medical device, robotic system Da Vinci production number SK7334 (hereinafter referred to as the "device"), for a period of 8 years, including service all components and accessories. Scope of performance: • all repairs to the device in such a way that the full functionality of the device is maintained • all spare parts that are necessary to use during repairs, including all parts with a limited service life •all mandatory safety adjustments and device updates in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions on device maintenance •work and travel expenses without limitation • regular safety and technical checks (BTK) of the device in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions given in the instructions for use of the relevant ZP, pursuant to Section 45 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices as amended, incl. exchange of spare parts of a consumable nature and issuance of documents on the BTK performed • professional training or briefing according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended, as necessary, min. but once a year Doc Title: Post-Warranty Service of the Da Vinci Robotic System Contract Type: services
