Post-warranty service and regular maintenance of the Discovery digital X-ray device Post-warranty service and regular maintenance of the Discovery digital X-ray device for the needs of the F. D. Roosevelt Polyclinic Banská Bystrica University Hospital, including related services. The contracting authority will welcome if the interested party also mentions parameters that are not in the specification and may have a significant impact on the quality, operating costs and lifespan of the subject of the contract. All services offered must be in accordance with the relevant requirements set out in EU legislation. The offered subject of the order must meet the defined specification. The contracting authority allows, if in the specification of the subject of the contract, a summary of some of the mentioned parameters or a range of parameters identified the product of a specific manufacturer, the possibility to submit an equivalent in the offer, provided that such product will meet the requirements for utility, operational and functional characteristics that are necessary to ensure the purpose for which it is the subject of the order designated. The burden of proof of identification of the product of a specific manufacturer and fulfillment of the utility, operational and functional characteristics is on the side of the interested party.
