Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services for the Align RT + RTC + SRS 260-0730 system for a period of 36 months. As part of the order, the provision of maintenance services will include: - remote technical support, - annual service visit, - annual training refreshing visits conducted by the applicant, - emergency visits, - remote assistance of the applicant, - program updates, - recording of events/telephone reports 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. A further and detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter referred to as SWZ).
