Package No. 1 - Post-warranty service of the Versa 1 Accelerator Package No. 2 - Post-warranty service of the Versa 2 Accelerator 1. The subject of the order is post-warranty service of accelerators and accompanying systems in accordance with Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Offer Price. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 2 packages: Package No. 1 - Post-warranty service of the Versa 1 Accelerator Package No. 2 - Post-warranty service of the Versa 2 Accelerator 3. Requirements for post-warranty service 1) Post-warranty service includes: a) service inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements, b) repair and replacement (within the offer price) of parts with brand new ones, except when the failure is caused by improper use of medical equipment, c)all repairs, inspections, maintenance along with spare parts and materials needed for their implementation, d) software upgrade and system configuration, if necessary, in consultation with the Ordering Party. 2) The Contractor will submit it to the Ordering Party for approval inspection schedule (i.e. months, where the inspections will be performed) within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 3) Agreed specific inspection dates will be communicated in writing via e-mail. 4) The contractor will be obliged proceed with the inspection as scheduled. 5) The Contractor will be obliged to dispose of the removed elements in accordance with with applicable regulations. 6) Service response time understood as initiating corrective actions...
