POST-GUARANTEE MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES OF THE MFA The need to implement the activities of providing post-warranty maintenance and development of AIS - MFA is dictated by the requirements for constant development, renewal and upgrading of the AIS system with a view to optimizing, facilitating and increasing the efficiency of the work of the existing system, as well as creating conditions for connecting AIS with other systems in the context of functional and technical standards, conditions and requirements for interoperability of the systems with which the contracting authority works. The contractor provides post-warranty maintenance of all components of the AIS - MFA system, as well as development and upgrading of the system at necessity; During the post-warranty maintenance, the contractor carries out activities to ensure the operability and effective use of the AIS - MFA by the contracting party and the users of the system, in case of deviations from the normal operating characteristics embedded in it.
