Description : (BATGOODS 2026-05-033)
1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (GF-20% Dev-t. Fund-Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 4, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Post Closure Project Dumpsite (Phase IV), Brgy. Ponong, Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2026-05-033). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 12 c.d. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
