Description
1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Notice to determine any potential sources for information and planning purposes only. AMIC DET-2 OL/PKA and AFTAC are seeking information from potential sources to purchase Portable X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Analyzer for Uranium
Technical Requirements
The portable XRF analyzer must be able to identify uranium in the field, while also meeting the
following requirements: portable (capable of being held using a single hand), simple operator use (point-and-shoot via a button or trigger), compatible with different beam size or collimator options than the default beam size, less than 5 lb, an operating temperature range of roughly 14 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit, dust resistant, and durable (made for outdoor/in-field operational use, not a laboratory setting).
2. INFORMATION REQUESTED

indicate the approximate percentage of the requirement your firm is able to
