The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 pcs of portable ionic detectors of traces of narcotics and explosives (hereinafter referred to as the "detector") for the armed financial administration members intended for the detection and detection of the presence of trace amounts of narcotics, explosives and unknown substances to border crossings, international airports and post offices or mobile supervision when carrying out checks.
