1. Reception and Storage of fuels 2. Transportation Vattenfall AB BU Heat Sweden intends to procure port services - mainly for fuel for the combined heat and power plant in Nyköping The services consist of receiving and unloading ships loaded with Fuel in bulk, interim storage and transport of these to the Swedish Heating Agency in Nyköping. Sampling of received goods as well as administrative tasks such as stock inventory and handling of transport documents are also included in the assignment. There will also be deliveries of fuel by truck for intermediate storage in the port. Tenders can be submitted for all services (unloading, transport & storage) - which is rewarded in the final evaluation - but it can also be divided into port services with/without storage and transport to the heat plant in Nyköping. Appointment time on eight years with option calls. Final evaluation takes into account the optimal best solution. Procurement documents are sent out to qualifying bidders. Biofuel consists of wood pellets, reclaimed wood, chopped/crushed virgin wood chips, bark or round wood - depending on the availability of fuel.. Usual cargo quantity/vessel is 1500 - 5000 tonnes. The total annual volume can vary between 20, 000 and 100, 000 tons. The average value is 60-70, 000 tonnes but there is a planned increase of around 30% as the district heating delivery is planned to is extended towards Oxelösund.
