We-re pleased to share a new opportunity to use the Poole Park Studio, a compact, characterful lakeside space with exceptional year-round footfall and beautiful views across the water.
The Studio is available for non-catering, non-residential, non-office uses that enhance the park environment. We-re inviting proposals from operators who wish to deliver retail, arts, creative workshops, exhibitions, or community-focused activities.
The building is under 50 sq m, positioned directly beside the lake, and benefits from strong visitor numbers, with over 3.36 million visits recorded in 2025. It-s an ideal space for organisations looking to establish a presence, test a concept, or deliver creative or community-minded services in a high-visibility location.
