Description : The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital (TSH) is seeking a contractor to provide POLYGRAPH SERVICES for consumers in our Sexual Responsibility Treatment Program located at State Route 1014, Torrance, PA 15779, Westmoreland County.The term of this contract will be five years.
