Short description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to achieve a unified and trouble-free infrastructure, in which the Tartu University Clinic and the Estonian Genebank of the University of Tartu are processed for the provision of health care services at the request of a natural person by fulfilling the obligations of the parties. the genetic data of natural persons to be transmitted with the aim of identifying the breast cancer polygenic risk score of natural persons who have expressed their desire to do so. In order to achieve the purpose of the procurement, the procurer signs a framework contract with the software for calculating the polygenic risk score for breast cancer (hereinafter the specified risk model software) for use, for installation and maintenance on the national infrastructure of personal medicine.
