Brief description of the tender: Complete reconstruction of an apartment building, Polva municipality, Himmaste village, Keskus tee 15 with 50% support from SA KredEx. This is the second procurement of this house. Previous procurement reference number 268456.

Reconstruction is thorough and includes all important parts. By the way, the scope of work includes: ground heat hunterconstruction of the heating system, insulation of the facade and finishing with facade stone, replacement of roofing, replacement of all opening fillings, reconstruction of the water, heating, ventilation, sewage system, reconstruction of strong current, installation of solar panels. In addition, accompanying/supporting and other necessary works, which are described in the basic procurement documents. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the project to get the necessary overview of the scope of work.
