Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of the Police Station in Megwi, in accordance with the Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) constituting an annex to the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in particular in the Specification Technical Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), design documentation and detailed industry technical specifications, Specification of Order Conditions (SWZ) and the contract template constituting annexes to the SWZ. For capturing all the work only the Contractor is liable.3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to perform construction works in accordance with the issued building permit decisions No. 72/2024 and No. 73/2024 of April 5, 2024 in scope of construction: an administrative and office building - a police station and a garage and utility building with a room for waste collection along with development elements and the necessary technical infrastructure for plot no. 620/6 and 620/11 (area: 0011 - Megiew) at ul. Ogrodowa in the town of Megiew, Megiew commune.
