Tender Details

Tender are invited for Approx. 500 each polyurethane, pole set material consisting of two parts of compound a (polymeric isocyanate) and one part of compound b (polyol resin). Polyol resin is to contain : fire retardent surfactant blowing agent catalyst freon free, water insensitive. The materials when mixed shall expand 10-12 times its original volume (typically 2.2 CF) when fully set shall have the following properties : compression strength 75 psi minimum, shear strength 42 psi minimum, tensil strength 64 psi minimum * density of 4.5 pounds each kit container shall be dated for shelf life clarification, and shall have an active shelf life of 1 year. Each kit is to include the following : 1 mixing container 1-4 feet x 5 feet x 2 mil tarp 1 metal stir stick 1 pair pvc gloves 1 set instructions & application registration material safety data sheet "utility structural system" #ps210w.
