The existing application, which in its current form no longer meets the wishes of the career center, must be replaced in its entirety by the new application service provider during the implementation phase, including the hosting of the application as a SaaSdienst. The municipality of Amsterdam is looking for software suppliers who can offer a technology/application that gives substance to required functionalities and ambitions of the career center. In addition, it is asked that the relevant tenderer takes care of the realization and implementation. An automated client tracking system is being sought that supports the various target groups and the processes of the career trajectories. The new application must be put into use with the minimum necessary functionality before 1 November 2023 and to be fully implemented and used before 1 February 2024.
