1) The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the General Appropriation Act 2026
intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Ninety-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only
(PhP11, 095, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract of the following. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
