The subject of this public contract is the procurement of 2 pieces of vehicles with an electric drive, according to the technical conditions and requirements listed in Annexes No. 2 and 3 of this procurement documentation. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the contracting authority has divided this public contract into parts: Part I. public contracts - Procurement of an electric vehicle of category N1, Part II. public procurement - ​​Procurement of an electric vehicle of category L7e. The public order is co-financed from the budget of the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic based on the decision of the Minister of the environment as part of call No. NPŽP 11/2025 for the event "PN Kroměříž - procurement of electric vehicles", Decision No. 5251100287. The subject of this part of the public contract is the delivery of 1 piece of electric vehicle of category N1, this vehicle must meet all requirements of the contracting authority specified in this procurement documentation and the technical specification listed in Appendix No. 2a) of the procurement documentation.
