The roof demolition and new installation will consist of, but not limited to; removal of all the old roof shingles, nails, flashing/tin, underlayment, gutter apron, drip edge, and removing debris off site. Installation of the new roofing shingles, flashing, underlayment, and an ice and water barrier to the manufacturer s specifications, completed at the Fort Meade VA Health Care System at building 66. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable for this procurement is 238160 Roofing Contractors. Size Standard: $19.0 Million.
