TOTAL NUMBER OF FAN COIL UNIT - 86 UNITS
AIR COOLED CONDENSING UNIT:
1. VRV TYPE ACCU - 13 UNITS
2. CEILING CASSETTE - 10 UNITS
3. WALL MOUNTED - 19 UNITS
4. FLOOR MOUNTED - 3 UNITS
TOTAL NUMBER OF AIR COOLED CONDENSING UNIT - 45 UNITS
SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. THE PROVIDER SHALL CONDUCT 4 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
(EVERY 3 MONTHS) OF FAN COIL UNITS (FCU) AND AIR-COOLED CONDENSING
UNITS (ACCU) FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR.
