SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. THE PROVIDER SHALL CONDUCT 4 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
SERVICES (EVERY 3 MONTHS) OF FAN COIL UNITS (FCU) AND
AIR-COOLED CONDENSING UNITS (ACCU) FOR 1 YEAR. THE SCOPE
OF THE WORKS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
FOR FAN COIL UNITS (FCU):
A. CLEANING OF FCU COILS, FILTERS, DRAIN PANS AND HOUSING
B. CHECK AND CLEAN THE AIRCON DRAIN LINES
C. RE-ALIGN DAMAGED FINS (IF NEEDED)
D. CHECK FOR SIGNS OF WATER LEAKS AT COOLING COILS, VALVES AND FITTINGS
