Tender Details

Tenders are invited for PMC for Power Projects.

Tender Fee: USD100 (ITT documents can be downloaded for free, but tender fee USD100 is required on or before Tenderer submits tender proposals, and Tenderer should provide the receipt of tender fee together with its proposal).

1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

3) Bid Proposals are in properly sealed condition

4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date)

5) Bid Bond submission

6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

7) Price proposal is separately from Technical & Commercial proposal

8) The Contractors should have own valid certificates including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. These certificates from parent company or same group are not acceptable.

9) The bidder should have at least 3 year-s PMC service experience in oil & gasfield, and the accumulated amount of PMC service shall be over 6, 000, 000 USD for past three years (2015-2017) with supporting document.
