In this procurement, Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Gasgrid Finland Oy together as the Contracting Authority are seeking for three (3) strategic project management consulting partners to provide project management consulting services, to set up a central project management office (PMO) and a person to lead the central PMO services in an interim position. Core PMO supports the Contracting Authority in implementing its hydrogen business strategy within the objectives as described more detail in this contract notice and its annexes. The core PMO will be organizationally based in Contracting Authority-s Hydrogen Business Unit Management organization. The PM resources shall work in particular with following tasks and in following roles, but not limited to these: program managers, project managers, project coordinators, project assistants, enterprise architects, project team leads and project team members for the hydrogen transmission pipeline projects. PMO Services consist of various project management office tasks in various levels and various service scopes. Projects may last from several months to several years and may have international dimensions.
