Plumbing services - framework agreement Alta municipality must acquire a framework agreement with 3 different suppliers of plumbing services to satisfy the municipality's needs. Estimated value for the acquisition is 5.5 million over 4 years, and the maximum value is 8 million. The suppliers have no guarantee for withdrawals from the agreement. Attention is drawn to the fact that Alta municipality has a separate framework agreement on VA equipment for operation, which will be used where it is natural. Assignments above a certain size can be advertised as mini-competitions between the suppliers who have an agreement. Assignments over NOK. NOK 200, 000 will be able to be announced as completely separate acquisitions. Municipal enterprises, IKS where Alta is a co-owner, cultural buildings, the cultural hall and municipal foundations will also be able to use these agreements if necessary.
