BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION The National Board of Childhood (PANI) is the institution of the State of Honduras responsible for ensuring the comprehensive well-being, development and protection of children, adolescents and the family. Through its social aid funds, PANI allocates financial resources to strengthen infrastructure community in coordination with the local governments of the different municipalities of the country. Currently, a priority need for intervention in physical health and public education networks at the municipal level has been identified. The state of deterioration of various hospitals, health centers health and schools directly affects the quality of care and access to fundamental rights of the child population. Consequently, PANI has prioritized a social aid fund for the execution of remodeling and architectural readjustment works in these facilities.
