The subject of the appraisal is a property not registered in the National Register of Land Registry - construction of a water structure (hydromelioration), an open drainage channel 3.2 m long in the c.ú. Prehýšov. The part of the land under construction is not subject to valuation. The expert opinion will be drawn up for the purpose of sale in accordance with § 17 par. 3 letters c) Act No. 229/1991 Coll. to the current date. The customer will provide samples of realized sales of similar buildings throughout the Czech Republic in order to determine the usual price by comparison.
