The subject of the award is the construction of a water structure - the main drainage facility (HOZ) in the c.ú. Přehýšov, village of Přehýšov, district of Plzeň-sever, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended of later regulations and § 4, paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, in the property of the state and under the jurisdiction of the SPÚ as follows: - "Přehýšov, Open Canal K1", ID 2050000836-11201000, open channel with a total length of 1, 380 m, year of acquisition 1984 (trapezoidal profile with a bottom width of 60 cm reinforced at the bottom and at the inclined height of the slopes by 30 cm TBM 15/30 blocks, above them the slopes are sown) The construction of the HOZ waterworks was built within water management construction with the name "Drainage of the lands of the State Estate Úlice in the district of Přehýšov" on the basis of the Decision on the permit for water management issued by ONV Plzeň - North, Department of Water and Forest Management and Agriculture on 8 January 1981 under reference no. VLHZ 1258/80. The subject of the award will be the part of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a length of 3.2 m located on the plot no. 4504/2, focused on and separated from plot no. 4504 in c.ú.
