(i) this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The department of veterans affairs, 36c248 has a need for plex elite 9000 (includes delivery/installation).
(ii) the combined synopsis solicitation number is 36c24819q0605. It is issued as a request for quotation (rfq).
