Plaza Argentina Concession Central Est. This public tender includes a proposal for the Comprehensive Improvement Plan of the public space in the National Asset for Public Use existing in the Plaza Argentina, commune of Estación Central, in the terms and conditions provided in the Technical Specifications, in order to execute, maintain and operate a Comprehensive Improvement Plan for the Public Space corresponding to Plaza Argentina, located on the official Line of the buildings of the EFE Central Train Station, to the south; San Borja, to the west; Alameda Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins, to the north, and Expósito, to the east. The Plan is developed under the framework of a Concession for the Use and Exploitation of Public Space granted to a private one, seeking to balance the substantial improvement of the urban environment with the economic viability of the commercial exploitation of buildings in existing BNUP that require maintenance works, standardization of basic service networks and authorization.
