The Work Includes The Provision Of All Materials, Labour, Equipment And Cartage As Necessary For The Due And Proper Completion Of The Works Including, But Not Limited To, The Following: Earthworks And Clearanceirrigation System Design And Constructconcrete And Brick Pavingtimberfurnitureplayground Equipmentrockworksoilworks And Final Gradingsoft Landscapingtenderers Shall Make Themselves Familiar With The Existing Site Conditions, The Specifications, Drawings And All Contract Documentation. All Measurements And Details Shown On Drawings Or Other Documents (If Any) Are To Be Confirmed By Tenderers Prior To Submission Of Their Tender.
