Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the task titled: Playground at the Arkadia BO Reservoir, consisting in the delivery and installation of playground equipment, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order included in Annex No. 2 to SWZ.2. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act, in place where the subject of the order is described using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. Furthermore, all such references shall be deemed to be accompanied by the words "or". "equivalent".
