Tender Details

The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a contract for construction work consisting in the construction of two new bus stops in the Pasohlávky locality near the Pálava Sanatorium, on the existing purpose-built road between Aqualand Moravia and the village of Pasohlávky. Part of the subject of performance is also the fulfillment of all obligations necessary for the proper completion of the building, its handover to the client and ensuring its approval. The contracting authority determined the expected value of the public contract in accordance with the principles and procedures according to Act no. 134/2016 Coll., on awarding public contracts, as amended, to CZK 1, 460, 000 excluding VAT. The subject of the public contract will be implemented in accordance with: a) Annex No. 1 of the tender conditions - Draft work contract (hereinafter referred to as the "work contract"), b) Annex No. 2 of the tender conditions - Project documentation for construction (hereinafter referred to as “DPS”), c) Annex No. 3 of the tender conditions - List of construction works with a statement of measurements - blind budget (hereinafter referred to as “list of construction works”), d) building permit issued on 21.5. 2026 under No. MUPO-50500/2026/SU/PEM, including its conditions (Annex No. 4), e) generally binding legal regulations and relevant technical standards. Part of the subject of the performance of this public order are in particular: a) the establishment of bus stops No. I and No. II, b) construction of platforms and related paved areas, c) supply and installation of the bus stop shelter, d) repositioning of the cycle path, e) construction of traffic signs and other construction objects according to the project documentation, f) layout of the structure and layout utility networks, g) construction site equipment, its operation, security, maintenance and removal, h) provision of traffic-engineering measures, if necessary, i) execution of all prescribed tests, revision...
