A The system consists from the following sub-systems ; a server for open data, a server for data sharing, a server for genome-omics data analyses, a web server, one hard disk array system, and a server for cohort data.
B The server for open data should be designed for open category data, thus it should be conveniently but securely accessed with other organizations for registered users.
C The server for data sharing should be designed for secure data storage, but it should be accessible from other organizations through secure access for authorized users. This server also serves the integrated database and the integrated knowledge database, both of which will be provided from us.
D The server for genome-omics data analyses should be highly optimized for genome and omics data analyses, thus it should have high speed CPUs and high speed storage.
E The web server will be used for some web services to share some of our data that can be suitable for web access. It should be special attention to the security for web access.
