The project concerns the development and offering of micro-learning via a web app on the smartphone. The project idea fits within "Efficient Organization" and aims to optimally offer the many training courses that Changes support so that the learning time is minimal and the retention is maximum. The content Creation is already possible, the content distribution to Mobile Devices is not possible today. The project is therefore not about creating a platform, but about distributing knowledge and content. The current, existing systems have already been viewed and appear to have too many disadvantages or not to suffice. There are enough tools in the house for content creation today, not yet for its distribution.
The main objective is therefore distribution of a skill -based approach to learning in which information is offered in small, highly focused fragments. It's the ideal way to fast answers to specific problems. The terms Just-in-case and just-in-time are current typing compared to traditional learning.
