This framework agreement relates to plastic surgery and is divided into four sub -contracts. A partial contract relates to plastic surgery after massive weight loss, a partial contact relates to breast surgery and abdomen Pender and two sub -contacts relate to ark corrections, skin cancer and fibrosis of skin. The purpose of the tender is to Ensure patients a short wait and ensure compliance with the assessment and treatment deadlines. The region therefore wants to enter into cooperation agreements with one or more private hospitals, clinics or specialist doctors who can perform examination and surgery within the applicable deadlines referral time. The supply is also intended to support the contractor's overall goal of being able to provide a high level of treatment. This must be done on the basis of the right quality, the right level of service, and the most advantageous price. The contract will run for 2 years with Possibility of extension for up to 2x12 months.
Part Contract 1: Plastic Surgery After Massive Weight Loss
Part Contract 1 includes plastic surgery after massive Weight loss where referral can be done from Aarhus University Hospital. The estimated quantity expected to be declined on partial contract 1 is 1600 plastic surgery assessments and 1100 operations for the entire contract period including any extensions (a period of a total of 4 years).
