Financial Solvency Certificate of 14 (Fourteen) Lac Taka issued as Credit Commitment by any Scheduled Bank5. Nationality Certificate, NID Card copy & 01 copy of recent passport size photograph6. Ownership Certificate.7. Affidavit/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted8.
