Plastic bags - 240, 000 units of bags for medication dispatch. under article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained in Decree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, Published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, it will be sanctioned with a fine equivalent to zero points thirty -six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. Supervision of public works, must contain the sanctioning clause. Electronic catalog. signed, sealed and dated, in sealed and lacrado envelope, identifying it with the number of said contribution, otherwise it will not be considered in the process.
