The successful tenderer (hereinafter referred to as the designer) is the task of an existing, unused school building [Budapest IV. district, Megyeri ut 45. (Hrsz.: 75603)] to transformGeneral design is suitable for housing. To convert the building, it requires a high energy efficiency, near zero -emission building. The conversion requires a complex design approach with the use of solutions that minimize the heat loss of the building, the buildingIts heat gain is maximized, taken into account and utilized the energy of internal heat sources. The building is primarily passive architectural solutions (eg thick thermal insulation, high energy efficiency doors and windows, shading, etc.) and secondary to the additional technologies considered necessarymust complete the maximum to be achieved.
