Budapest Capital XV. The Municipality of Rákospalota, Pestújhely, Újpalota is announcing a public procurement procedure for the condominium of the currently unused building of the Northern Pest Hospital building number 33 (address: 1158 Budapest, Őrját utca 1-5, Hrsz: 82285) for the planning of its transformation. Main tasks: Preparation of preparatory, licensing and construction design documentation, preparation of itemized/unpriced budget statements, and construction authorization procedures. In the basement, a storage room, as well as a shared mechanical and janitor's room, are to be planned for each apartment. The essential task of the restoration is to correct the structural, thermal and acoustic deficiencies of the building, as well as the stairwell design of an elevator serving in two directions within the core by solving the necessary static bracing.
