Planning framework agreement - airport development Planning Framework Agreement regarding the planning tasks of the long-term airport development program of the Liszt Ferenc Airport This procedure is in accordance with Kbt. More according to § 105, subsection (2), point c). aimed at concluding a framework agreement with the tenderer. Orders are placed upon reopening the competition according to the conditions specified in the framework agreement. Purchase obligation only reopening the competition based on the framework agreement appears during, and the tasks that are actually ordered are contained in the call for tenders of the reopenings of the competition (and the related public procurement documents). During reopenings of the competition, in the case of bidding and winning - is burdened by the obligation to enter into a contract, and the tenderer may only make an offer that is the same as or more favorable to the contracting authority than that contained in the framework agreement! The tenderer draws attention to the fact that, in the event of a reopening of the competition, the Kbt.
