It is the intent of the City to solicit an RFP for Building Division Services; Plan Review, Inspection and Administration as a master agreement and award all services to one or two contractors. The retainer agreement allows the City-s Building Division, to request services of the retained Consultant on an individual project basis as the need arises.The City intends to award a master professional services agreement for a term of three (3) years, with no option for renewal unless otherwise approved by the City Council.
