Tender Details

The municipality of Tuusula requests an offer for various consulting services related to plan planning. With this procurement, a framework contract will be established, for which a maximum of three (3) framework contract suppliers will be selected for each described sub-area. You can submit an offer for one or more areas. The contract period is two (2) years, after which the contract can be extended for two one-year option periods (2+1+1 years). The goal of the contract period is to start on September 1, 2026. We will come during the contract period to commission different types of commissions related to planning. Future commissions will be offered to consultants according to the order of success in the framework contract competition. If the Supplier does not have the necessary resources to complete the assignment, an assignment is offered to the following. The customer reserves the right to order the work from any of the three best-successful suppliers in the bidding process for the relevant part of the framework contract when the amount of the order is less than €60, 000 (VAT 0%) and here is a particularly strong basis. The framework agreement does not give exclusive rights to assignments. The subscriber is not bound by the quantity purchase obligation. The subscriber acquires consulting services within the limits of his budget.
