Description : The National Fisheries Research and Development Institute, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The NFRDI now invites bids for “Plan and Design of Vacant Lot”. Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
