The Illustrious Municipality of Quillon requires hiring the "Consulting Service for the Preparation of the Tourism Development Plan, whose objective is to have a strategic planning instrument that guides development sustainable tourism of the commune, considering its territorial characteristics, natural and cultural heritage, tourism offer and development potential. The service must contemplate a diagnosis of the communal tourism situation, instances of participation of public and private actors and community, and the definition of objectives, strategic guidelines and an action plan with prioritized initiatives, deadlines, responsible parties and monitoring indicators, in accordance with the current community planning instruments. The consultancy must be executed in accordance with the scope, methodology, products, deadlines and other conditions established in the Technical Bases of this tender. The proposals must contain the entire requirement requested in the indicated Technical Bases, otherwise it will be declared Out of Bases.
