1)The Employees- Compensation Commission, through the Corporate Operating Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (PhP10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Placement of ECC Radio Ads with Co-Production of a 30-minute “Tele-Radyo” Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Employees- Compensation Commission now invites bids for Radio Ads with Tele-Radyo Program[ A brief description of the type(s) of Goods should be provided, including quantities, location of project, and other information necessary to enable potential Bidders to decide whether or not to respond to the invitation.]. Delivery of the Goods is required six (6) months upon acceptance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
