Place description tool Deze overheidsopdracht wordt in de markt gezet door Woonmaatschappij !Mpuls Menen-Wervik, optredend als Aankoopcentrale in de zin van Artikel 2, 6° van de Wet inzake Overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. De Aankoopcentrale treedt in carries out this procedure in its own name, but on behalf of and for the account of the following specifically designated housing companies that have the exclusive right to subscribe to this assignment: Woonmaatschappij Vlaamse Ardennen, Woonmaatschappij Stek92 and Housing company Woonsprong. After the final award, the Purchasing Center concludes an umbrella framework agreement with the winning tenderer. The participating housing companies will, on the basis of this framework agreement, via a separate order form or purchase agreement, activate their own licenses completely independently. The implementation, operational follow-up and direct, separate invoicing are done strictly per individual entity on the basis of the actual volumes purchased. The housing companies are looking for an efficient and user-friendly digital tool (SaaS) for managing and drawing up place descriptions when tenants move in and out. In addition, the platform must offer the option of a simplified inspection version to be carried out for the annual home visits (where the registration of some key data, comments and supporting photos is sufficient).
