Note:: The Contractor shall provide sufficient staff and equipment to perform the administrative duties in executing the Contract -

Note:: The Contractor shall provide sufficient facilities to Employer's / Engineer's including its maintenance during the construction period and removal at the completion of work -

Note:: The Contractor shall protect the site from unauthorized entry and fire and shall control his labour force to prevent nuisance or trespass on the adjacent property. -

Note:: Accommodation and buildings including offices, compounds, stores, mess rooms and living accommodation including boarding roofs, screens, guardrails, pantries, gates etc… -

Note:: The Contractor shall ensure that excessive noise and pollution does not occur during the execution of the works. -

Note:: The Contractor and all persons employed by him on site, shall comply with all acts, orders, laws and regulations concerning the safety, health or welfare of workers. -
