It defines technical standards, cooling interventions, AI-driven tools, feasibility assessments, and phased action plans with governance and monitoring KPIs. - 1 Each Stage 3: Pilots Design Report and Drawings: Stage 3 applies the guidelines to design two 10, 000m² pilots (retrofit and new). Key activities include site assessments, 3D/BIM modeling, schematic drawings, visual identity integration, NOC approvals, and cost estimates. - 1 Each
